Licensor observed strips of roof coverings out in the back yard. Two gates; Gate one has a self latch, need self close mechanism. Gate two need self latch and close mechanism. Gate two is partially blocked by ground surface rockery preventing gate to open/close creating a gap. Shade cover needed. Outdoor play space does not promote a variety of age and developmentally appropriate active play areas or encourage, promote both moderate and vigorous physical activity such as pulling, pushing, kicking, climbing. Play equipment is needed.
